Cognitive Assessment.

Clover Psychology offers comprehensive assessments for children and adolescents. These tests are designed to provide valuable insights into cognitive, emotional, social and behavioural functioning. These can inform intervention or educational planning to improve growth and development.

What to expect.

What is administered?

  • Weschler Intelligence Scale for Children 5 (WISC-5)

  • Behavioural Assessment System for Children 3 (BASC-3)

  • Vineland Adaptive Behaviour Scales 3 (Vineland-3)

What is the cost?

  • The total cost is $1300 and includes the initial, testing and feedback sessions, as well as the report.

Initial Session

  • 50 minute interview with parents/caregivers to gather information about the child’s academic performance, behavioural history, and any specific concerns you have.

Testing Session

  • 2 hour session with the child where a battery of tests will be administered to determine their strengths and areas of improvement.

Preliminary Feedback Session

  • Within a few weeks of the testing session, we provide preliminary verbal feedback to parents/caregivers. This gives you insights into your child’s cognitive abilities and any areas that may need further attention or intervention.

Comprehensive Report

  • Four weeks after the assessment, you’ll receive a comprehensive written report that outlines your child’s performance across all cognitive domains. This report includes specific recommendations for school accommodations, tutoring, enrichment programs, or further evaluations, depending on your child’s needs.
