Empowering clients to grow and meet their potential.
About us.
The journey of Clover Psychology started when colleagues and friends discovered a shared passion for delivering high-quality psychological treatment that is accessible to their local community.
Our psychologists come from varied backgrounds and have a wide range of experience. We work with a variety of client concerns (interpersonal issues, life adjustments, psychiatric disorders) and use evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, ACT, EMDR, DBT, Schema Therapy, Mindfulness).

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I recognise each person as the expert in their own lived experience and work alongside clients to explore challenges, build insight, and move toward meaningful and sustainable change.
I aim to create a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, heard, and respected. Cultural humility is central to my practice; I approach each therapeutic relationship with openness, curiosity, and deep respect for diverse identities, cultures, and life experiences.
